FORMWICK
Our guarantee
Furniture made for your home, and made to last. We stand behind
the quality of our furniture and the care taken during installation.
Made with confidence
Every Formwick project is designed to fit a particular home and manufactured for that space. We use durable materials, quality hardware and considered construction methods to create furniture intended for everyday use.
Our guarantee covers defects arising from our manufacture or installation for the guarantee period stated in your order documentation.
What’s covered
Where a problem results from our workmanship or the manufacture of your furniture, we’ll assess it and, where covered by the guarantee, put it right.
- Formwick-manufactured cabinetry and fitted components
- Installation workmanship
- Manufacturing defects in components supplied by Formwick
- Adjustment of fitted doors and drawers where required
- Hardware in accordance with the applicable manufacturer’s warranty
What isn’t covered
The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or damage resulting from circumstances outside our control.
This includes damage caused by excessive moisture or water, structural movement within the property, alterations carried out by others, inappropriate cleaning products or failure to use the furniture reasonably.
Natural variations and normal ageing in materials are not considered defects.
Third-party products
Some components, such as hinges, drawer systems, lighting and electrical equipment, may be manufactured by specialist suppliers.
Where these products carry their own manufacturer’s warranty, we’ll help you identify the appropriate warranty and, where practical, assist with resolving the issue.
After your installation
Furniture sometimes needs a small adjustment after it has settled into a home. If something doesn’t look or operate as it should, please contact us rather than attempting significant adjustments yourself.
If you need us
If you experience a problem with your Formwick furniture, contact us with your name, installation address and a brief description of the issue. Photographs are helpful where appropriate.
